Insurance & Payments
Currently, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Magellan, Compsych, Cigna, UMR, and United Healthcare insurance. I am NOT a Medicaid or Medicare provider at this time. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as well as payment via PayPal.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $50 cancellation. You will receive a text message 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment as a reminder. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, send me a text immediately and we can reschedule your appointment.
*I ask all new clients to sign a form understanding the cancellation policy.
I may not be able to respond to your messages and calls immediately since I am in session with other clients during the day. For voicemails and other messages, you can expect a response within 48 hours (weekends are excepted from this timeframe.) I may occasionally reply more quickly than that or on weekends, but please be aware that this will not always be possible. Be aware that there may be times when I am unable to receive or respond to messages, such as when out of cellular range or out of town.
If you are ever experiencing an emergency, the best method is to contact me by phone at (956)275-3232. You may leave messages on the voicemail, which is secure. If you cannot reach me by phone, dial 911 or contact the Tropical Texas Crisis Hotline at 1-877-289-7199.
