• $175 intake
• $150 additional sessions

Insurance

Currently, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and United PPO plans.  Unfortunately, I can not accept EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO plans. 

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $75.
