Play Therapy Techniques
What is play therapy?
Play therapy is exactly what it sounds like; it’s a safe space in which a child can play and express themselves all along in the company of a therapist. In many cases, children are not able to articulate their emotions or use language effectively to explain how they feel so play therapy is used to aid children in exploring and communicating their feelings. Why? Learning and development flourishes through play.
Who is it for? For ages 3-12
