Hiring: Licensed Counselors (LPC & LCSW)

Mandala Counseling & Trauma Therapy Center is actively looking to hire a licensed therapist/counselor with a desire to grow with us. We are expanding our practice that provides in person and online counseling services to individuals in Brownsville, the Rio Grande Valley, South Texas, and across Texas.

As a therapist or counselor of our group practice, you will be seeing children, adults, couples, and teen clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management issues, and life transitions.

This position must be staffed by an individual who is warm, passionate, and works well with a team. The ideal candidate for this role must be well versed in evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

Psychological assessment, treatment planning, and diagnosis

Managing your own clients and schedule

Keeping up with clinical documentation

Attending trainings or workshops for continued education

Some admin work for communication with clients

Attending group practice meetings

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.

Clinical experience with individual therapy for children, adolescents adults and couples, familiar with clinical implications of; trauma, anxiety, depression.
